About the Program

Located at the Douglas County H.S. wrestling room in Castle Rock, CO., our program is specially designed for 1st and 2nd-year wrestlers. This program focuses on teaching the core fundamentals of folkstyle wrestling in a supportive and encouraging environment. Wrestlers will learn basic techniques, build strength and agility, and develop the discipline and confidence needed for success on and off the mat. With a focus on fun and growth, our experienced coaches provide personalized attention to ensure each athlete builds a strong foundation. Beginner Program – Nov. 11th – Feb. 23rd (15-week season)

• 1st and 2nd year wrestlers only

• 6-12 years old – must be 6 years old by 12/31/24 to register

• M & W - 6:00pm - 7:15pm

• Capped at 50 wrestlers

• Cost - $350 Includes club shorts and T-shirt
