About the Program
Located at Chaparral High School wrestling room in Parker, CO., our preseason wrestling program, designed to prepare middle school and high school athletes for the upcoming wrestling season. Our program focuses on building foundational skills, improving conditioning, and developing mental toughness. Athletes will engage in technique drills, live wrestling, strength training, and agility exercises. This program is open to all skill levels and is a great opportunity for new wrestlers to learn the basics and for experienced wrestlers to refine their skills. Join us to get a head start on the competition and build a strong foundation for success on the mat!
